Why Use A Buyer's Agent?

In Oregon it doesn't cost you anything to work with a Buyers Agent. The commission is paid through the listing agreement between the Seller and the Listing Agent. You can choose to work with the Seller's (Listing) Agent or you can hire your own Buyers Agent to work exclusively for you.

• Unlike traditional Agents that fax their Buyers offers to the Listing Agent we present all offers face to face whenever possible. This gives you an advantage in negotiating because we can sell your offer and learn more about what is important to the Seller. This information is very valuable with counter-offers, and coming to a successful close.
