Portland Oregon Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is an open system owned by the Realtors® of Portland. This means that any member Realtor® can display all of the available listings of homes for sale in Portland on their website, but using the IDX interface. If you cannot find a property on the MLS that you have recently viewed, or that still has a 'for sale' sign posted, it is because the property has changed status in the system to something other than 'available'. This could be either 'sale pending' or has been taken off the market. your Realtor can see this information and give you more details. The Portland Multiple Listing Service (MLS) requires all sites to update at least every 24 hours, so you should see the latest data as of the last update with our search tools.

The MLS Interface we provide our users is one of many available from vendors who provide these services, you may find that you like one better than another. I choose my MLS Interface because of its ability to search using a map, while still giving you access to all the detail criteria like size, rooms, lot size, schools, and price. The map interface also provides Google Street View, which allows you to see up and down the street of the home you are looking at. Other key features are the ability to search for foreclosures specifically, as is the price history and time on market.
